Greeting Card - Grounded 2

This piece is about an Aboriginal woman feeling proud, comfortable in her own skin, connected to her culture and nature, feeling grounded like a tree with its roots connecting her to Mother Earth. Feeling so connected, she becomes the tree. 
The hills behind her, have her journey line in it as the more she connects the more she grows personally, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Like the weaving tradition she has been taught, that has been passed down through generations, between her roots are the interwoven relationships and connections she has with her land, family, and ancestors.
